At 80, Richard Woldendorp is the unquestioned master of photographing the Australian landscape from the air, in colour. Like the great New Zealand Magnum photographer, the late Brian Brake, Richard Woldendorp uses a light aircraft as if it were a high-flying tripod - chartering a small, single-engine, high-wing Cessna to fly over his beloved Western Australian salt lakes and corrugated mountain ranges.
